Products
What format are the digital products in?
Our compliance toolkits are delivered as Excel (.xlsx) workbooks and Word (.docx) documents. They are designed to work in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Microsoft Word, and Google Docs — no macros or special software required.
Can I use the toolkits for multiple clients?
Each purchase covers use within one organization. If you're a consultant serving multiple clients, you'll need a license for each client organization. Contact us for volume pricing.
How do I access my purchase after buying?
You'll receive a download link via email immediately after purchase. If you have an account, your purchases also appear on your Account dashboard. Download links are valid for up to 10 downloads.
Do the toolkits get updated?
Yes. When we release updates (e.g., for new framework versions), existing customers receive update notifications. Major version updates may be offered at a discounted upgrade price.
Consulting
What consulting tiers do you offer?
We offer three tiers: DLegend Builds (we build it, you steer), Advisory (your team builds, we guide), and Self-Service (you build, the framework guides — toolkits available today, full PBF SaaS coming soon). Visit our Services page for full feature lists and pricing floors.
How do I book a consultation?
Use the Calendly widget on our Services page to book a free 30-minute discovery call. We'll discuss your needs and recommend the right engagement model.
What frameworks do you support?
Our primary expertise is in NIST CSF 2.0, SOC 2, and AI governance. We also support ISO 27001, COBIT 2019, and custom compliance frameworks.
