By accessing or using dlegenddigital.com (“the Site”) or purchasing any product or service from DLegendDigital (“we,” “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Products and Services

Digital Products:We sell downloadable compliance toolkits, prompt packs, and educational materials. Upon purchase, you receive a license to use the product for your organization's internal purposes. You may not redistribute, resell, or share purchased files outside your organization.

Consulting Services: We provide AI-powered compliance consulting. Consulting engagements are governed by individual statements of work agreed upon between you and DLegendDigital.

3. Accounts

You may create an account to access purchase history and manage preferences. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. Payments

Digital product purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy. Consulting invoices are processed by Stripe. All prices are in US Dollars. You agree to pay all charges incurred through your purchase.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including toolkits, templates, text, graphics, and code — is owned by DLegendDigital or its licensors and protected by copyright law. Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for your organization's internal business purposes only.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our products are tools and educational materials — not legal, accounting, or professional advice. DLegendDigital is not liable for any compliance outcomes, audit results, or business decisions made using our products. We provide products “as is” without warranty of any kind.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to access the Site and any purchased digital products remains intact — you keep what you've downloaded.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated terms on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through binding arbitration.
