Purchase information: When you buy a product, our payment processor (Lemon Squeezy) collects your payment details. We receive your name, email, product purchased, and transaction amount — we never see or store your full credit card number.

Consulting bookings: When you book a consultation via Calendly, we receive your name, email, company name, and call description.

Newsletter: When you subscribe, we collect your email address. We use double opt-in — you must confirm your subscription before receiving emails.

Analytics: We collect anonymized page view data including page path and a randomly generated session identifier. We do not use third-party tracking cookies.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to: deliver products you purchase, provide consulting services, send transactional emails (receipts, download links, booking confirmations), send newsletter content you opted into, improve our website and products through anonymized analytics, and comply with legal obligations.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account and purchase data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Newsletter subscriber data is retained until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained for 24 months and then automatically purged.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing support@dlegenddigital.com. You may unsubscribe from our newsletter using the link in any email. We will respond to data requests within 30 days.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (TLS), row-level security in our database, signed webhook verification, and secure authentication via Supabase Auth.
