Digital Products
Because our digital products (toolkits, prompt packs, templates) are delivered electronically and can be downloaded immediately after purchase, all sales are final.
However, if you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing or using a product you purchased, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will either resolve the issue or provide a full refund.
Consulting Services
Consulting engagements are billed per the terms of your individual statement of work. If you are unsatisfied with a consulting engagement, contact us within 7 days of the service delivery and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Refunds for consulting services are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at support@dlegenddigital.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will respond within 2 business days.
Chargebacks
If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first before filing a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving disputes quickly and fairly.
